Payment and Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

This Policy governs the payment procedure for the camp services and the conditions for refunds. Provider: SIA Rock Wave, registration No. 40203740076. Contact for inquiries and refund requests: rock.wave.camp@gmail.com.

 

2. Booking and Payment Procedure

  • Booking a spot: A spot at the camp is considered booked only after a registration deposit of 100 EUR has been paid. This deposit is included in the total cost of the camp package.

  • Full payment: The remaining balance of the camp package cost must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the session.

  • Payment methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer based on an issued invoice or online on the website (via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

 

3. Cancellation

Conditions (Initiated by the client without a medical certificate) If participation is cancelled at the client's initiative (without providing a medical certificate), the funds are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. However, we offer the client the right to:

  • Transfer the participation to another session free of charge (subject to availability).

  • Find a replacement (transfer the camp package to another participant), notifying the administration in writing via email no later than 3 days before the start of the session.

 

4. Cancellation

Due to Illness (With a medical certificate) If a participant is unable to attend the camp due to a sudden illness:

  • A parent or legal guardian must notify the camp administration via email before the start of the session and provide a copy of a medical certificate from a family doctor or attending physician.

  • In this case, we offer a free transfer of participation to another session (subject to availability).

  • If a transfer is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded minus the registration deposit (100 EUR).

 

5. Cancellation by the Camp or Due to Force Majeure

If a session is cancelled at the initiative of SIA Rock Wave (insufficient group enrollment, technical reasons) or due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), the client will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, including the registration deposit.

 

6. Price Changes

SIA Rock Wave reserves the right to change the prices of camp packages on the website without prior notice. However, for clients who have already paid the registration deposit, the price of the camp package is locked and is not subject to change.

Apmaksas un naudas atgriešanas politika

1. Vispārīgie noteikumi

Šī Politika regulē bērnu nometnes pakalpojumu apmaksas kārtību un naudas atgriešanas nosacījumus.

  • Kontakti saziņai un pieprasījumiem par naudas atgriešanu: rock.wave.camp@gmail.com.

 

2. Rezervācijas un apmaksas kārtība

  • Vietas rezervācija: Vieta nometnē tiek uzskatīta par rezervētu tikai pēc reģistrācijas avansa 100 EUR apmērā iemaksas. Avanss ir iekļauts kopējā ceļazīmes cenā.

  • Pilna apmaksa: Atlikusī ceļazīmes vērtības daļa ir jāapmaksā ne vēlāk kā 30 dienas pirms maiņas sākuma.

  • Apmaksas veidi: Apmaksa tiek pieņemta ar bankas pārskaitījumu saskaņā ar izrakstīto rēķinu vai tiešsaistē vietnē (izmantojot bankas karti/Apple Pay/Google Pay).

 

3. Atcelšanas nosacījumi (pēc klienta iniciatīvas bez medicīniskās izziņas)

Atceļot dalību pēc klienta iniciatīvas (bez medicīniskās izziņas iesniegšanas), naudas līdzekļi netiek atgriezti neatkarīgi no atcelšanas termiņa. Tomēr mēs piedāvājam klientam tiesības:

  • Bezmaksas pārcelt dalību uz citu maiņu (ja ir brīvas vietas).

  • Atrast sev aizvietotāju (nodot ceļazīmi citam bērnam), rakstveidā informējot administrāciju e-pastā ne vēlāk kā 3 dienas pirms maiņas sākuma.

 

4. Atcelšana slimības dēļ (ar medicīnisko izziņu)

Ja bērns nevar apmeklēt nometni pēkšņas slimības dēļ:

  • Vecāka pienākums ir informēt nometnes administrāciju e-pastā pirms maiņas sākuma un iesniegt ģimenes vai ārstējošā ārsta izziņas kopiju.

  • Šajā gadījumā mēs piedāvājam bezmaksas pārcelt bērna dalību uz citu maiņu (ja ir brīvas vietas).

  • Ja pārcelšana nav iespējama, tiek atgriezta iemaksātā summa, ieturot reģistrācijas avansu (100 EUR).

 

5. Atcelšana pēc nometnes iniciatīvas vai nepārvaramas varas dēļ (force majeure)

  • Ja maiņa tiek atcelta pēc SIA Rock Wave iniciatīvas (grupas nekomplektēšana, tehniski iemesli) vai nepārvaramas varas apstākļu dēļ, klientam tiek atgriezti 100% no apmaksātās summas, ieskaitot reģistrācijas avansu.
